Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lassotax.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Lasso Tax, Inc. (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

5) Fees & Payments

If any part of the Services is offered for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable charges as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with prior notice where required by law.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, Site, software, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials ("Content") are owned by Lasso Tax or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Content.

7) Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access not compliant with our robots or API rules.
• Uploading malware, violating security, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASSO TAX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lasso Tax and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of TX, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Travis, TX for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14) Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Lasso Tax.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
